Caramelised Orange and Chilli Balsamic Dressing


A fine balsamic vinegar reduced slowly with the fresh orange and a hint of chilli. This silky rich caramelised dressing is superb with a Caprese or fennel orange and pistachio salad. Brush it on as a glaze for chicken or fresh scallops. Bon appetit
