Mudgee Regional Food & Wine Dinner

Join us for a very special night as we bring a little bit of the country into the Inner West! 


Hosted by David Bitton and Jacob Stein, Chief Winemaker of Robert Stein Wines, come along to an evening showcasing the incredible food and wine producers in Mudgee.

Enjoy a menu created around some of the best produce from the region, carefully matched with wines from the family owned  Robert Stein Vineyard that has been producing award winning wines for over 40 years. 

The evening will start at 7pm with a glass of sparkling and there will be lucky door prizes galore!  Please advise of any dietary requirements on booking. 


King prawns sauteed in Bitton chilli oil

braised, baby vegetables, Capertee Valley saffron aioli

served with:  2017 Robert Stein Dry Riesling and 2017 Robert Stein Half Dry Riesling 


Slow cooked Mudgee lamb saddle, pommes fondant, green bean provencale, beef demi glaze

served with: 2014 Robert Stein Shiraz and 2013 Robert Stein Cabernet Sauvignon


Cardamom and apricot tirimisu, Murrungundy pistachio biscotti, berry coulis

served with: 2013 Robert Stein Harvest Gold Botrytis Semillon and 2010 Robert Stein Reserve Shriaz
