Boardering Germany and Switzerland, the food and wine of this historic region is influenced by it's neighbours in what it traditionally produces. Alsace wines are mostly dry and deliciously aromatic, leaving the palate fresh - the perfect compliment to a hearty meal. The food is renowned for being "family-style" infused with some of the traditions of its' boarders.
