From March to June we will be exploring 4 of the best wine regions of Australia. Join us for the first as we visit the stunning Yarra Valley! 


If you are passionate about your food and wine then you will know this region well. Famous for its whites in particular, March is the perfect time to be enjoying some varieties such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Our chefs have created the perfect matching menu using the wines as their hero and sourcing local produce.  The Yarra is known for many fabulous ingredients including the famous Murray cod, venison and goats products.
