For the past two years David has been a proud ambassador for the Pear Industry. He recently hosted and cooked for the season launch. In three separate events, some of Australia’s leading food writers and journalists were treated to a delicious array of pear varieties and recipes. Put together by Impact Communications, the events were a huge success.

In March 2009 our friends at Delicious magazine hosted two wonderful events at Domayne in Alexandria and Bundall, Gold Coast as part of a Brunch series. The Bitton Café and Grocer has just been featured on Channel 9's popular Fresh TV show as part of a feature on French cuisine. The show featured four cooking segments with demonstrations of some of our best known dishes.
