The Bitton Café and Grocer has just been featured on Channel 9's popular Fresh TV show as part of a series on French cuisine. Lets get started

Welcome to my first blog on our new website.

What I would like to do with this page over the coming months is something a little different. I would like to focus more on other experiences I have had within this industry as opposed to just discussing my own business. I am lucky enough that I get to travel around Australia and internationally frequently for my products and as a food fanatic I am often looking to put my thoughts out there. So here it is...
