The Bitton Room is the perfect venue for all intimate occasions with all the amenities you could require for a special event or meeting. The room overlooks the tranquil view of Alexandria Park.

The Bitton Room is a venue very different to most with its community focused, friendly, homely ambiance and a quality of service and presentation equaling any venue in Sydney.

The room can be hired for special events, dinners and meetings for up to 30 people seated, or 50 for a stand up canapé occasion.

We aim to make every occasion special and we understand that each event requires careful discussion and planning. We excel at creating menus perfect for every occasion as well as offering the additional touches to make it unique to your special event.

Meetings

The room can be hired for meetings for the whole day or for a business breakfast, lunch or afternoon conference. We have specific menu’s for the full day or just for set times.

The room can be hired seven days a week from 7am until 5pm for meetings.

Room hire for meetings: $100.00

Special Events

For evening events the room can be hired from 5pm until 10.30pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

It can also be available Saturday through to Tuesday depending on the nature of the function.

We have 2 styles of menus: canapé, sit down dinner/lunch – these change seasonally

Cost: Per person price based on menu selection.

Extras:

Meetings or special events can be combined with a cooking class for just your group which is a fantastic team building exercise

If you are requiring gifts for your occasion, a nice touch is to have an elegantly wrapped Bitton product on the table when your guests arrive. The cost is $10 per product and gift wrapping is complimentary.

We are more than happy to help you organise and match wines for your function.

We can organise decorations for your event such as balloons and flowers.
