International Cheese Expert Claudia Bowman will present with Christophe Rebut, trained wine maker and owner of French Flair Food & Wine.

You will sample 12 Artisan Cheeses -
7 French and 5 Local cheeses (a French 'Old World' vs Local 'New World' showcase) including the 4 most common milk types - goat, cow, sheep, buffalo.

Claudia will review the differences between brie and camembert and compare a popular Australian version with the ‘real deal’ from Normandy, France. Claudia will also discuss the significance of restrictions on naming rights of cheese from specific origins.

Christophe has selected wines that will challenge you to leave behind your preconceptions about perfect matches and encourage you to decide what is most pleasing to your own palate.
