Funny name but a seriously good recipe from David’s wife’s Indian heritage. It is an unusual combination of peanuts, herbs and chilli that can be used as a condiment to curries or other spicy dishes. Delicious to serve as a snack with pappadums. Try adding the spicy, nutty flavour to chargrilled meats.
